Rescheduling a Session
- Each session can be rescheduled only once.
- Before rescheduling, users are encouraged to chat with the expert.
- Rescheduling can be requested by either the user or the expert.
- The request must be made at least 1 hour before.
- If already used, further change is treated as cancellation.
- No payment or refund happens during rescheduling.
User Cancellation
User No-Show
- 10-minute waiting window for expert.
- Session treated as late cancellation.
- No refund provided.
- Expert gets 80%, platform 20%.
Expert Cancellation / No-Show
- User gets 100% refund.
- No payout to expert.
- No platform commission.
- Repeated issues reduce rating.
Technical Failures
If interrupted for 15+ minutes, user can request refund or reschedule.
Refund Timeline
Refunds may take 5-10 business days.
Late Arrivals
Session ends at scheduled time.
Dispute Resolution Process
Raise dispute within 24 hours. Our team reviews logs and takes action.
Raise a TicketPlatform Commission Rule
ElectroDoctor charges 20% only on non-refunded amount.
